Deputy McDuffie was killed on FM 770 in Saratoga Tx, after his Patrol car left the Roadway and struck a stand of tree's and his car burst into flames.
He was on his way back to Liberty Co Tx after dropping off a Juvenile prisoner in Hardin Co.
He was a 16 Year veteran of the Liberty County Sheriff's Department, Leaves behind a Wife and Children, He will be missed.
